1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 90 days of receipt
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Products can be returned even if opened or partially used, but we reserve the right to refuse returns if abuse of our policy is suspected.

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. State the reason for your return.
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Include the RMA number and your proof of purchase in the package.
  5. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Product with obvious signs of excessive use
  • Product returned more than 90 days after delivery
  • Sale or promotional items

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, according to your preference.

Please take pictures of the damaged product and the packaging to help us resolve the issue more quickly.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
